Refund policy
Remember, returns aren’t a hassle—they’re a chance for us to make sure your experience with us is perfect. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.
To start the return process, you need to follow these steps:
- You must notify the intention to return the item through a message to our Instagram @modusoperandiclo or via email to help@modusoperandiclo.com within a period of 15 natural days from the date of receipt of your order. A responsible member of our team will provide you with the address to which you should send the returned product.
- The customer must return the item through a courier company of their choice. Return expenses, including customs and tax costs, must be borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to MODUS OPERANDI. The package must include the customer’s name and surname, as well as the corresponding order number.
- The return must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the date the customer is informed about the product’s shipping address. If this period is exceeded, MODUS OPERANDI will not take responsibility for the return and will resend the order to the customer.
- Once the return is received and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. The refund will be made through a store ticket redeemable on our website.
- If the package does not arrive at the offices of MODUS OPERANDI, the company will not assume responsibility for the refund of the amount.you must contact help@modusoperandiclo.com within 14 days from the day you receive your product.
- In the purchases in which the payment method "Clearpay" has been used, the refund can be made in refund of the total amount of the order minus the shipping and handling costs if any. Also, for other garments or products as a method of return, with shipping costs borne by the consumer.
